La Crosse patio\, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Driftless Region with glowing sunset views over the bluffs. This all-levels Vinyasa class\, led by a Root Down Yoga instructor\, will guide you through a balanced flow designed to build strength\, improve flexibility\, and reconnect you with your body and breath. \nVinyasa “Vin-yaah-sa” is a style of yoga with an emphasis on linking movement with breathing.
