Group Blackout Dates
The following dates are unavailable to book during the 2025 – 2026 season.
Thursday, December 25
Saturday, January 24 & Sunday, January 25
Friday, February 13 – Monday, February 16
Group Procedures
Group leaders will be expected to send out and monitor the online registration page.
All participants should be registered online 7 days prior to the visit; the Online Registration Page will close at that time.
If any problems arise with the online registration deadline, leaders must notify Mt. La Crosse as soon as possible.
Group leaders must stay in active communication with Mt. La Crosse leading up to their group’s visit.
Group Policies
Non-refundable $100 deposit required (check, credit, or cash) at time of booking.
We do not accept American Express.Deposit will be applied to the final invoice.
Groups must be paid for at one time. Individual participant payments will be charged an additional fee.
Last minute lesson registrations are not guaranteed.
Rental equipment is not allowed in the Terrain Park under any circumstances.
Any cancellations requested after 7am on the day of the reservation will forfeit their deposit.
Invoices for unpaid balances will be sent within one week of trip day and are payable within 10 business days of invoice receipt.
Mt. La Crosse reserves the right to cancel at any time.
