Online Redemptions:
Upon arrival at Mt. La Crosse please have the emailed receipt and barcode up and ready at the Ticket Windows. Scan the barcode at the Outside Ticket Window – our friendly staff will hand you all purchased lift tickets. We ask that only one person in your party enter the ticket line to help minimize congestion.
If you pre-purchased rentals, you will pick up lift tickets first, then head down to rentals to check in at the “purchased online” desk and get fitted for boots!
If you are taking a lesson, please check in at the lesson desk first!

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All tickets and rentals are non-refundable. If you cannot use your tickets for any reason, you will not receive a refund.
Mt. La Crosse reserves the right to close or cancel a ticket for any reason at our discretion, and in this situation, tickets can be transferred to another date within the current season.
If you have a change of plans or situation that prevents you from being able to use your tickets and you complete the transfer prior to the purchased date, they can be transferred to another date or person for a $10 service fee per ticket.
Tickets/rentals not used the day of or after the pre-purchased date will NOT be refunded or transferred.
